Besides, in Finca El Olivo we pay special attention to creating a lifestyle with energy saving on mind, without losing in comfort and luxury. We build the villas to ¨catch¨ the sun in the Winter months and to keep cool in the warm periods. Every villa will have its own electricity from its own solar panels so you can see how much energy you need and you will never again get an energy bill.
Within Finca El Olivo we have developed a couple of ´standard´ models. On the final design of your villa you can use one of these models and make some changes, extensions etc. to the model you like best. Besides that you also have the possibility to make a new design.
