The house has a large living-dining room on the ground floor, Smart TV with Spanish channels. Next to the dining room there is a semi-open American kitchen with modern appliances: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hob, extractor hood and dishwasher. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. From the living room you enter the covered terrace and direct access tot he urbanization with gardens and outdoor pool. There is air-conditioning (hot/cold) throught the house.
On the top floor there are two bedrooms; both with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. A roof terrace with beautiful views over the urbanization, pool and mountains.
The property is located in the urbanization Las Casitas de la Playa. Located 120 meters from El Playazo beach. The urbanization has a communal outdoor pool and children's pool (open in summer). The urbanization is closed with a barrier. There is one private parking space in front of the house.
Several restaurants and bars, a mini supermarket (open in summer) are only 500 meters away.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. YOUNG GROUPS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
In July and August minimum stay 1 week. Villaricos festival dates at least two weeks. Those of the Festival (Dreambeach) for a couple of nights please DO NOT contact us.
Electrical consumption :
Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10/15 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.
